A Daily Botanical Ritual
Daily Balance is designed as a daily botanical ritual — simple, sensory, and easy to return to.Each product carries a different way of experiencing Eastern botanicals: through warm water, herbal aroma, skin touch, and quiet body care. Before you begin, create a calm space. Let the water warm, slow your breath, and give the botanicals a few moments to open. This is not only a bath.It is a small daily return to yourself.
Four Ways to Ritual
For a slow botanical bath ritual
Our Herbal Bath Soak is made for moments when you want to fully immerse the body in warmth and botanical scent. The dried botanicals slowly release their aroma into warm water, creating a gentle bathing ritual that feels grounded, comforting, and close to nature.
Open and pour directly into warm water.
Add to warm water at 40–50°C / 104–122°F; do not exceed 50°C. Let it steep for a few moments, allowing the botanical scent to slowly release.
Once the aroma and herbal notes have unfolded, begin your bath for 15–20 minutes, once daily. Duration may be adjusted to personal comfort.
For soaking, allow the water to cool to a comfortable temperature before entering.
Rinse gently with cool water and pat skin dry
Ritual Tip
Before stepping in, take a moment to notice the scent rising from the water. Let the ritual begin before the bath itself.
After Bath
Gently pat the skin dry. Drink warm water and allow the body to rest for a few minutes.
For a simple and effortless daily soak
Our Botanical Bath Concentrate is designed for ease.Compared with the Herbal Bath Soak, it dissolves more quickly into water and creates a smoother, simpler ritual for daily use. It is ideal when you want the feeling of an herbal bath without waiting for the botanicals to steep.

After Bath
For massage, Gua Sha, or a softer bath ritual
Our Botanical Body Oil is created for touch. It can be used with a gua sha tool for body massage, or added in a small amount to bath water for a softer, more aromatic bathing experience.
Apply a small amount of oil to clean skin.
Use enough oil to allow the gua sha tool to glide smoothly without pulling the skin. Massage gently along the shoulders, neck, arms, legs, waist, or other areas of tension.
Use slow, even strokes. Avoid pressing too hard. The ritual should feel warming and comfortable, not painful.
After massage, wipe away excess oil if needed, or allow it to absorb naturally.
Ritual Tip
For a deeper evening ritual, use the oil with gua sha before bathing. Let the body warm through touch first, then continue with a gentle soak.
After Bath
Wash hands after application. Keep away from eyes and sensitive areas.
