03 Botanical Oil

For massage, Gua Sha, or a softer bath ritual

Our Botanical Body Oil is created for touch. It can be used with a gua sha tool for body massage, or added in a small amount to bath water for a softer, more aromatic bathing experience.

Direction
01

Apply a small amount of oil to clean skin.

02

Use enough oil to allow the gua sha tool to glide smoothly without pulling the skin. Massage gently along the shoulders, neck, arms, legs, waist, or other areas of tension.

03

Use slow, even strokes. Avoid pressing too hard. The ritual should feel warming and comfortable, not painful.

04

After massage, wipe away excess oil if needed, or allow it to absorb naturally.

Ritual Tip

For a deeper evening ritual, use the oil with gua sha before bathing. Let the body warm through touch first, then continue with a gentle soak.

After Bath

Wash hands after application. Keep away from eyes and sensitive areas.

04 Gua Sha Body Ritual

For warming, movement, and release

The gua sha ritual is a simple way to reconnect with the body through touch.Used together with Botanical Body Oil, the gua sha tool helps create a slow, mindful massage experience. The purpose is not intensity. It is warmth, movement, and release.

Direction

Apply Botanical Body Oil to the area you wish to massage. Hold the gua sha tool at a gentle angle and glide it slowly over the skin. Move in one direction with light to medium pressure. Repeat each stroke several times, always following your body’s comfort. Avoid broken skin, irritated areas, bruises, varicose veins, or areas with active inflammation. Do not use on the face unless the tool and oil are specifically intended for facial use.

Ritual Tip

Move slowly. Let each stroke feel like a conversation with the body. This is not about forcing the body to relax. It is about giving it permission to soften.
